East London 5's Interclub Series (ELVIS)

ELVIS is a race series open to all runners, which also includes an interclub team competition between the organising clubs - Ilford AC, Orion Harriers, Dagenham 88, Barking Road Runners, East London Runners, Havering 90, Eton Manor and East End Road Runners.

Rules of the ELVIS Grand Prix Series 2013
There are two separate team competitions, one for men and another for women. Men's team points are calculated from the 1st 6 home [which must include 3 vets] Women's team points are calculated on the 1st 4 home [which must include 2 vets] Each team's competitors must be 1st claim members.

Both individuals and teams score from 5 out of 7 races [dropping their worst 2 results] Incomplete teams are scored as finishing behind complete teams.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female overall. 1st MV40, MV50, MV60, FV35, FV45, FV55
